Everything was fantastic.

The rural setting of this traditional ryokan was a highlight, with stunning mountain views and nearby streams and waterfalls adding to the ambiance. The private onsen bath was also a major plus, with both indoor and outdoor options available for a relaxing soak. the tatami room and soft futons made for a cozy and comfortable stay.

The ryokan itself could use some updates, with outdated common areas and furniture causing a bit of a letdown. Pricing was also an issue, as it felt overpriced for what it offered compared to other similar accommodations.

It’s located a few miles from the breathtaking Kami-Kochi national park. the traditional Japanese ryokan has a lovely onsen with lush green surroundings, and quaint outdoor hot spring facilities.

The staff’s limited English and lack of proper meal plans could create potential language barriers for international guests.

the rural location in the mountains provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere. the outdoor onsen was a great way to unwind after a long day. the complimentary breakfast was an added bonus and the staff were all friendly and accommodating.

The futons provided were quite thin and uncomfortable for my liking, and the lack of personal shower in the room may not be suitable for all travelers. the building was quite secluded with no nearby convenience stores, making it difficult to purchase necessities.
